Amazing Shop for all your Camping needs and so much more
this was my first visit to the shop I had checked out some tents online and watched some of the you tube videos which were very useful but wanted to see them so visited the Shop, really good selection to choose from, I'm glad i went because what i chose is different to what i was going to get . staff were super friendly and helpful will definitely return it caters for all your camping needs and those things that you don't need but want! love it . Having returned home we put the tent up it took 20 mins obviously not as quick as mike but easy

Went to buy a new Calor gas bottle. Male staff member at the center counter said they wouldn't sell me a full gas bottle unless I had an empty one to exchange even though their own video says you can buy one, when I asked if there was anywhere else I could buy one I was told no.
Unhelpful stuck up can't be bothered attitude from this staff member means I will never spend one penny in this store ever.
Went to B&Q and bought a full gas bottle no problems. Attwoolls needs to teach customer service skills to their staff and stop false advertising. Then again I couldn't give a damn what they do.

Replacement of awning
Recently bought an awning from attwools, pitched it overnight and realised I had bought the wrong item. Rang the manager who said take it down and come back. When I returned a week later, Doug was not in store, so Chris took control. I selected the perfect replacement and I am delighted with it.
So many thanks to a fantastic team at attwools for solving the problem.
By the way I've been back to purchase more items and thank Doug. Won't be going anywhere else now. ??

Superb customer service and knowledge
This company's customer service is just outstanding. I needed an air awning with bedroom annexes urgently and this was the only company that had them in stock but they were 3 hours away from me. I decided to drive to them the same day to pick up the products but the drive took me 5.5 hours due to a crash on the M4. This means I would have arrived after they closed. No problem for them though, they stayed open especially and even let me have half an hour to walk around the shop and gather other bits I needed. They couldn't have been more accommodating. Their knowledge of the products they sell is superb and every question I asked was answered and resolved. Will definitely go back again

I was looking for a mesh vestibule for our Kampa Bergen tent, which has since been discontinued by Kampa / Dometic. Could not find it anywhere except Attwoolls, however I needed to check compatibility with our tent as they were from different years. Connor replied to my email query to confirm the vestibule would fit, and I received it two working days later after my order and it fits ... I am a satisfied customer

Last July I bought the brilliant Zempire EVO TM tent from Attwoolls. I also bought a number of accessories including a ground sheet. A year later in a camp site in Sussex, following a considerable downpour I realised that I had been sent the wrong ground sheet.
On my return I contacted Attwoolls and without pointing out that it had been over a year since my order, or that I should have checked it first, or that they couldn't replace a used groundsheet; they sent me a free replacement with next day delivery.
For me that says it all.

delivery system was AWFUL!!
ordered online a tent and it took 10 days to arrive.
way off than what they say of 3-5days
we lost 2days of our camping trip due to their despatching incompetence!!
and it appears that im not the only one in here as most
of the negative feedback focusing on DELIVERY!!
you need to sort this out Attwools.

After speaking to 7 Cadac suppliers and all promising to contact me when a Cadac Carri Chef 2 BBQ grid came into stock Attwools (Heather Attwool) was the only one who could be bothered to reply, I ordered it and it was delivered within 48 hrs. That’s what I call customer service.

Great customer service
Great shop with lots of products and good prices. I had an issue with missing parts on a recent purchase and emailed Attwoolls (after the manufacturer said they could not supply the parts). Attwoolls posted the parts to me, no bother.
Improvements I would like to see is a greater range of mid size tents as well as a test/demo area (maybe outside).

I telephoned and spoke to Hannah about never done camping, but interested in air tent my goodness she was so full of knowledge and we were impressed that we asked for the Kampa dometic hayling 2020 6berth to be put aside so we trolled from Sutton coldfield to visit the store few days later .
We were greeted by Guy feeling nervous of stepping into the unknown about camping , he was incredibly thank goodness put us at ease showed the tent and my husband had a go of using the pump. Have to say from both of these professionals people glad to say we purchased and off on holiday to try out the tent !! nothing phased Guy to help us out with air bed etc well done ?and thank you for not wasting our time but most of all listening to what we were looking for excellent.

Bought 2 Zempire Moonbase chairs. Wow. Arrived after only 2 days! So comfortable. So much better than the Vango chair, which broke after one use (still waiting for reply from them) I had from Gooutdoors monopolies. Going to buy all our camping and outdoor gear from Attwoolls or some of the other smaller sites. Ps @Attwoolls do you offer a bluelight or Defence discount?
